How To Order
Ordering online from Divine Delights is easy! We offer many ways to find the perfect product:
- Select an item in the 'By Product' section on the left side.
- Select an item in the 'By Collection' section on the left side. Our products are organized by collections for added convenience.
- If you have one of our mail order catalogs available, you can select 'Catalog Quick Order' from the top of the page and enter the catalog number. You can also enter the catalog number into the search box to go to that product.
- Search for the type of product you are looking for in the search box at the top of evey page.
Every time you select Add to Cart on individual item pages, the product will be added to your personal Shopping Basket. Select another category from the left side if you want to continue looking for other items.
Once you’ve finished your shopping and are back in the Shopping Basket, carefully review the merchandise ordered. Then you just click on the Checkout button at the bottom of the page.
Complete the Billing and Shipping Information. Information that is in bold type is required. At the bottom of the screen select Continue.
You then select the shipping method and payment type you'd like and then click on Continue.
In Payment Information, review the merchandise ordered one more time. Second scroll down to enter your credit card number and expiration date. Then click Submit Order.
You will receive immediate confirmation of your order. Please save your confirmation number. You can use to track the progress of your order in Order Tracking. Contact our customer service department at 800-443-2836 if you have questions or if you want to cancel your order after receiving the confirmation.
Food items are not returnable. If your order is damaged, incomplete, or incorrectly filled immediately notify us within 5 days of delivery so that we may rectify the situation. For damage please, have available the exterior packaging for inspection by our carrier so we may process your claim.
It is important to Divine Delights that when choosing a selection for yourself or a gift for a friend that only the best arrives in perfect condition and optimum freshness. That is why we ship your order to arrive in 2 -3 business days after leaving our bakery. Too further insure quality and safe transit our standard shipping schedule is Monday thru Wednesday. For urgent requests, we offer Next Day air and Saturday Delivery.
When ordering, carefully review delivery information making certain that the address is complete and includes apartment and suite numbers. Our carrier will not deliver to P.O., A.P.O., F.P.O., or A.F.B. Boxes. Divine Delights can not be held responsible for undeliverable orders or additional address correction fees charged by the carrier due to information that is incorrect, incomplete, or the recipient is unavailable.
Allow 5 to 7 working days to process and ship your order. We can not guarantee a specific day of delivery . We will ship your order to arrive in the requested week or before the requested holiday. Ordering in advance allows us to add your items to our baking schedule. We will then ship at the appropriate requested time and delay charging your credit card until then.
Delivery Charges Per Address
* Due to the heat sensitivity of our products an additional shipping fee may occur:
• All orders shipped to Florida will be sent Express Delivery Only.
* If an incorrect address is given, an address correction fee will be charged in the amount of $10.00 (charged to us by carrier).
Overnight delivery within the Continental U.S. for an additional charge as shown in the above table.
Alaska and Hawaii
An additional $15.00 will be added per shipping carton.
